All sales are final.

Shipping & Responsibility:
    Once your order is handed to the carrier, it’s in their hands. We’re happy to help if something goes wrong, but we aren’t responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

Fulfillment & Handling:
    A flat $5 packaging and processing fee is added to every shipped order. This helps cover materials, labor, and order prep. Carrier shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

High-Value Orders:

• Orders $150+ may automatically include insurance.

• Orders $200+ may require a signature at delivery.

Lost Packages:
    If your order doesn’t arrive, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If it’s still missing, reach out to us, we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.

Vendor Orders:
    All shipped orders count as regular sales, and vendor commissions apply normally. Vendors aren’t responsible for shipping costs unless agreed in advance.
