Welcome, treasure hunter! By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Don’t worry, we try to keep things simple, fun, and fair, even while covering the important stuff.

These terms apply to anyone using our site, including browsers, shoppers, vendors, and contributors. If you don’t agree, we kindly ask you to explore elsewhere. There are plenty of treasures out there!

Our Online Store & Who We Are

“Lost & Found,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lost & Found, your community resale boutique and treasure trove. We bring together gently used items, new curated finds, vendor spaces, food carts, and coffee, all under one roof and online.

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which helps us bring these treasures straight to your screen (and eventually your hands).

Who Can Shop Here

By shopping with us, you confirm you are old enough to make purchases in your area. If you’re a parent letting a young treasure hunter browse, make sure they have your supervision.

Using Our Site & Our Content

You can’t use our items, content, or website for anything illegal or shady.
Please don’t upload viruses, malware, or anything that could break our system.
No copying or reselling our content without permission. We like to share treasures, but let’s keep it fair.

Pricing & Inventory

Prices and product availability may change. Treasures are unpredictable!
Some items are one-of-a-kind. If an item sells out online before we can ship it, we’ll contact you right away with a refund or a similar replacement if available.
We reserve the right to limit purchases for fairness (so everyone gets a chance to find their treasure).

Orders & Billing

Make sure your billing info is accurate and up to date.
Check that your delivery address is correct… because even we can’t find treasures sent to the wrong place!
We may refuse or cancel orders if we suspect unusual activity or resellers trying to scoop up all the treasures.

Shipping, Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be canceled before shipping, just let us know.
After an item ships, our standard return/refund policy applies.
Due to our curated inventory, sometimes treasures disappear faster than we can update the system. If this happens, you’ll always have the option of a refund or replacement.

We love hearing from you! Share ideas, reviews, or feedback, but keep it friendly and safe.
No spam, harassment, or offensive content please. We want our community to feel welcome.

Personal Info & Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We take protecting your treasure-hunting info seriously.

Errors & Omissions

Occasionally, product descriptions, prices, or availability may contain mistakes.
If we discover an error, we’ll correct it ASAP and contact you if it affects your order.

Lost & Found is all about fun and community. Please don’t use our site or products for illegal stuff, harassment, or to harm anyone. Break the rules, and we may have to deny access… let’s play nice!
